John Kogan is a four-time CFO and the founder of Proformative. He has held senior positions in finance and accounting at Cisco Systems, Cardinal Health and AlliedSignal and other companies. He has extensive experience working with technology startups and has successfully secured more than $100 million in expansion capital from venture capitalists. He earned an economics degree from Connecticut College and a master’s in business administration from Duke University.

Ernie Humphrey, VP, Educational & Marketing Programs

Ernie is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) with over 15 years of experience in working capital management, financial risk management, investment management, financial reporting, and acquisition integration management. Ernie served as the Director of Treasury Services and as a Director of the Corporate Treasurers Council for the Association for Financial Professionals. While at AFP, Ernie managed educational content in addition to developing new products to serve financial professionals. Ernie also authored several published articles on working capital management and acquisition integrations and managed AFP’s career center. Previously, Ernie garnered eight years of experience in marketing and treasury while serving as a Global Marketing Analyst and the Treasury Operations Manager at Franklin Electric. During his tenure at Franklin Electric he played an integral role in setting up and maintaining a centralized global cash management structure and managing four treasury integrations. Ernie has BS and MS in Economics from Purdue University.
