We switched all of our communications to Windstream approximately six months ago (voice & data for three showrooms in the midwest). We have a VoIP phone system and experienced major call quality problems with other carriers until we finally moved to an MPLS network with Windstream. We were able to negotiate a package cost comparable to our previous provider and now have great call quality. My only complaint is that it can be difficult to get small, annoying problems resolved like billing issues, etc. But, they're a little like working with AT&T - they may not do a good job with administrative issues, but you can overlook a lot if the call quality is great and you're not having to field complaints from your own staff.
