I recently had the privilege of sitting down with a
“Jim,” he said, “of course I do the bulk of my work in office. It wouldn’t make sense to try and do everything with an iPad. But when I’m at home or on the road and a client calls with a question, I can easily bring up their QuickBooks file on my iPad, review their data, and in less than a minute provide them with accurate information to help them make a better business decision.”
If convenience was what he was after, he found it. This CPA that uses InsynQ’s services went on to exclaim how great it was for him since he didn’t need to run into the office only to return his clients call a few hours later. His client also thought it was great, because his CPA was able to help him on-the-fly. Although it won’t solve all of the issues involved with client communications, using an iPad to work in the cloud gives professionals the ability to be more attentive, and most likely retain more clients.
