Proformative Announces $1.1M Series A FundraisingLast week Proformative announced a wonderful milestone: we have closed our Series A round of funding (press release is here), led by Bullpen Capital and including Floodgate capital. I wanted to bring this to the attention of our user community as this means that Proformative will be able to bring even more resources to bear in achieving our mission to be the very best resource available for corporate finance, accounting and treasury professionals.

We have recently added News to the site and have greatly expanded our content which has led to more world-class, pertinent knowledge-sharing for us of all on Proformative. Coming soon are a number of other additions which will serve to deliver a more customized and useful experience for all of our users, delivered in the same noise-free environment which we all treasure on Proformative.
