Anyone familiar with IQMS / EnterpriseIQ?

Does anyone have any experience with the IQMS system?
I am talking with a small manufacturer that has just purchased and installed this system to use in their business. They are a small, custom manufacturer with currently less than $1 million in sales revenues, but with a very real market potential of $30-$50 million in annual revenues.
I will potentially be helping them, on a consulting basis, close the books monthly and prepare internal/external reports for them to help monitor operations, cash, and profitability.
My experience with the task is extensive, but I am not familiar with the software they are using. I will be "hands on" with the software soon, but I was curious if anyone knew of any key resources for information on optimal use of the software, etc. (i.e. online tutorials, forums, tips/tricks websites, etc.)
