Health care accounting systems

Details
I would like to get some feedback from my peers on good entry level accounting systems for a start-up imaging company. They will provide CT scans, and ultrasounds services for hospitals and clinics. Insurance billing will in all likelihood be done by a third party.
Any advice on entry level systems?

Accounting systems in general
Take a look at SAAS Intacct as a good, reasonably-priced general accounting system that may be able to interface with a third-party biling system.
Recommend Peachtree
The 3rd party billing provider should be able to provide revenue reports which you can book into the Peachtree G/L. Prefer Peachtree over Quickbooks. Both are scalable and reasonably priced for start-up purposes.
