 The kick-off program of our 2010-11 season will be a panel of three public company Board Chairmen who will discuss Board Member Performance. The program will examine these topics, among others: * Setting goals for Board members * Feedback systems for individuals and groups * Benchmarking your Board * Team building and targeted contributions from each Director * Holding Board members accountable Questions will be presented to the panel from the moderator and from the audience. The size of the audience will be limited to 60 persons, to encourage audience participation. This program, like all SVNACD programs, is subject to the Chatham House Rule
