CFOs are being asked to do more these day, and not just more in their existing roles. CFOs are increasingly looked at as agents of change in an area where we have traditionally not played: growth. CEOs and boards are giving CFOs more product-line responsibility, more GM roles, and more exposure to sales and marketing organizations. Are they grooming CFOs to be CEO? You bet. They are also trying to bring the intelligence formerly reserved for optimizing internal operations into the side of the business that is responsible for top line growth. Are you ready to answer that call? We have marquee CFOs and former CFOs (no on to broader leadership roles) here to tell you, over an engaging networking and educational breakfast, what they have learned about driving growth in their companies. Participate in an open roundtable and get your questions answered by your peers who have been there.
