John Kogan CEO, Proformative John has been CFO at four technology companies, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and in multiple roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. John has raised over $100M in equity capital and debt and has played central roles in numerous buy and sell-side transactions for both public and private companies. As COO at two companies, John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies. John has a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. |

Alex Ortiz Director, Product Marketing, Host Analytics Alex Ortiz heads up Product Marketing for Host Analytics, which provides the only complete performance management suite for finance, in the cloud. Prior to Host Analytics, he was a Product Marketer for salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company. Before that, he was a Senior Associate for Sierra Ventures, a top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firm with over $1.5 Billion in investments. Earlier in his career, Alex was an associate at Santander Bank’s venture capital arm - BtoB Factory Ventures. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Cal Poly. |

Vishrut Parikh Director, NetSuite Vishrut brings over 15 years’ experience in Enterprise Software Applications including Compensation Management, Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance Management, CRM and ERP. Vishrut is currently a Director at NetSuite. Prior to NetSuite he worked at Callidus Software where he was responsible for its flagship incentive compensation product strategy and roadmap. Vishrut played a key role in Callidus Software’s transformation to SaaS solution provider from on-premise solution provider. At Siebel (now Oracle), Vishrut worked on the incentive compensation solution, consulting with Fortune 500 companies on deployment strategy and plan. Vishrut is an experienced strategist, having launched new products, implemented solutions and enabled channel partners to better grow their business. |

Paul Staelin Vice President, Customer Success, Birst Paul Staelin is Vice President of Customer Success for Birst and co-founder of Birst. He is responsible for ensuring customer success across the customer lifecycle and oversees Birst's Product Management, Professional Services, Support, Education, and Operations. Prior to Birst, Paul built and managed Siebel's Sales Analytics product line, overseeing its growth from start to over $40 million in annual license revenue. Earlier in his career, Paul co-founded emPower Corporation and served as its President for several years prior to its sale in 1999. Paul has also served Sun Microsystems and PictureTel in various product and technical roles. Paul holds an BS from Yale and an MS from MIT in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. |
