David Elsbree, Audit Partner, KPMG 
David is an Audit partner in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice. He has 15 years of experience providing financial statement audit services and technical accounting support to audit engagement teams.

David returned to KPMG in 2009 after completing a two-year practice fellowship on the staff of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, where his responsibilities included assisting in the development of EITF Issues No. 08-1, "Revenue Arrangements with Multiple Deliverables," and No. 08-9, "Milestone Method of Revenue Recognition."

David's responsibilities in KPMG's Department of Professional Practice include writing interpretive guidance in KPMG publications, helping engagement teams resolve complex accounting issues, and teaching technical accounting topics at training events and webcasts for KPMG professionals and external participants. His areas of specialization include revenue recognition, consolidation, stock-based compensation, disclosures about loss contingencies, and accounting for income taxes.

John has been CFO at four technology companies, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and in multiple roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. As COO at two companies, John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies. John has a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mini Peiris, Vice President, NetSuite
Mini Peiris joined NetSuite in 2002 and served as Vice President of Product Management. In this role, Peiris oversaw all areas of NetSuite product management—from enterprise resource planning (ERP) to customer relationship management (CRM), ecommerce and the NS-BOS Platform—and was responsible for the product direction of all NetSuite offerings. Now, as Vice President of Product Marketing, Peiris is spearheading all product marketing initiatives worldwide, including positioning NetSuite products in the market, launching new product initiatives and vertical offerings, driving content for internal sales enablement, and building and leading the NetSuite product marketing team.

Peiris has over 12 years experience in the software industry and over 10 years in product management and product marketing roles. Prior to NetSuite, Peiris served in various senior product management roles at Interact Commerce Corp. (now Sage Software's CRM Division). At Interact, Peiris managed both the ACT! and SalesLogix product lines including the initial introduction of SalesLogix for Web, one of the first browser-based CRM applications, as well as the delivery of interactive Web content into ACT!, the contact manager that pioneered the Sales Force Automation (SFA) category.

Before Interact, Peiris started her career in the scientific research of drug stability for Janssen Pharmaceutical, a Johnson & Johnson company. She holds a B.S. in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
