Accounting for Stock Warrants Issued

Anyone able to comment on the appropriate accounting for stock warrants? We have several issues - issued at or above market at time of issue, and issued below market at time of issue. Private company, so 'market value' is a bit subjective. Do we need to record a warrant expense on a mark-to-market basis each period or are these only an off-balance sheet disclosure i

Credit card internet billing merchant account

I am wondering if anybody in this group has experience of negotiating credit card merchant account service for a small company. Our company gets most of revenue from internet credit card billing. We have been using a small processor which charges higher transaction fees. Now our business is growing and we are looking for a more competitive rate from a large processor.
