Top-Paid CEOS in America

What do Viacom CEO Philippe P. Dauman and Oracle's Larry Ellison have in common? They each raked in more than $60 million in 2010, according to a study detailed in Monday's Wall Street Journal.
Management consulting group Hay Group analyzed the proxy statements of the 350 largest public U.S. companies companies to produce a list of the top-paid chief executive officers based on total compensation -- salary, bonuses and stock options -- for 2010.

- Viacom's Dauman -- $84.3 million
- Oracle's Ellison -- $68.6 million
- CBS Corp.'s Leslie Moonves -- $53.9 million
- Jarden's Martin E. Franklin -- $45.2 million
- DirecTV's Michael White -- $32.6 million
- Stanley Black & Decke's John F. Lundgren -- $32.2 million
- Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold's Richard C. Adkerson -- $30.6 million
- Disney's Robert A. Iger -- $27.3 million
- Visteon's Donald J. Stebbins -- $26.8 million
- Time Warner's Jeffrey L. Bewkes -- $26 million
- Ford Motor's Alan Mullaly -- $25.8 million
