We invite you to join us as we explore strategies for corporate finance, accounting and treasury professionals to manage risk and liability in the coming economic recovery.

The past 18 months have been extremely difficult. Reduced headcount and resources have meant doing more with less, and sometimes not doing anything at all. This event is about preparing to recover from this period, with focus on legal, accounting and corporate risk areas that may have seen less attention than optimal during these tough times.

Moderated by John Kogan, CEO of Proformative, this exclusive event will feature individual presentations and a group panel discussion from thought leaders Marsh, Orrick and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The panel discussion will be anchored by Rex Jackson, CFO and General Counsel of Symyx (NASDAQ: SMMX). These leaders will offer practical insights and actionable advice on managing risk during the coming recovery.
