Quickbooks handles this well. You just need to buy the actual forms. I usually buy them from www.taxformstore.net

Are you not using a bookkeeping program, such as Quickbooks? If you are, you should be able to print from it. You can order forms from www.irs.gov. Use the red copies for filing, and print the B and C copies on plain paper.
