It never ceases to amaze me just how much stuff gets thrown at the finance organization. First off, sorry that this has landed in your lap. Second, there is a ton of garbage out there on direct mail - most of it solicitous and a waste of time.
Interestingly, some reasonably good basics can be found at some of the more reputable sites providing direct mail platforms.
