We had this problem and the CEO needs to take the lead on this. He actually told the investor that all questions needed to come through him and then he would manage the investor and tell him things such as " That would be a special project to answer your request and our staff does not have the bandwidth". This was very helpful to me as it would be difficult as the CFO to push back on the investor.
