Those are basic functions available in many different software packages. What system are you using now? Are you looking to replace your current system or just to add the pdf and online approval functionality?

Try Kofax systems that can handle all of your requirements - they can work independently or with almost any A/P & G/L system.
Hi Helen, we have been looking at companies that convert invoices to pdf and other formats for a couple of years. We currently have three differnt systems Knowledge Lake, Esker and Metaviewer all are capable of converting a pdf document.
We are looking to convert to a single product that will meet our corporate objective of being able to convert an invoice in any format into a digital invoice that can then be electronically vouchered automatically. We also require a vendor that has deep international capabilities. Ariba and OB10 seem to fit the bill.
We have also found that most of our banking relations offer products that you can use or outsource this function to them.
