My company needs to file Form 3921 for the exercise of ISOs in 2010 and 2011.

Two questions - can you recommend a service to prepare the forms and will we be able to file a form for 2010 as well? We just found out about this form and had once exercise in 2010 - or is it unnecessary at this point?
