Opening It Up

Opening it up - - There is a ton of stuff going on in FAO/BPO, predictions of new growth over the next couple of years in FAO is large - - technology, location shifts, BPO 2.0 are all in the news.  CFO's, faced with the continuing economic situations and headcount shortages, are seeing the work build up.  Shifts from transactional to analytical skill sets and, yes, even worker shortages as Boomers retire, are still on the discussion boards.

This is an open forum where hopefully we can opernly discuss the wide topics associated with outsourcing and FAO - - all views welcome, all references to resources and points of view welcome.  Thanks
