Is there an "industry standard" for real estate accounting and reporting software. My firm currntly uses great plains and relies heavily on excel spreadhsheets. Is there an accounting and reporting package that can handle both conslidated and property level reportng?

One way, How is your Chart of Accounts set up in GP? If you use cost centers for each property, you can then have property level reporting. And the reporting can be done using Frx.
