Salary Structure for Revenue Generating/Profitable Veture Backed "Start Up"

| Feb 7, 2012Does anyone have a matrix for executive compensation (CEO/COO/CFO) for a venture backed startup that is currently at a $3m run rate and profitable - targeting $10m-$15m in revenue in 2-3 years?
We are contemplating our C round to drive growth. Cash is neutral, so current base salaries are not as high as market, but with a larger round I would like to increase the bases to a reasonable level.
I welcome the forums thoughts.

I have used Advanced HR which collects information from portfolio companies ay select VC firms. You can parse the data by many factors (such as number of employees, funding status) and it provides both salary, bonus and options. They appear to have a free 6 month subscription ( http://www.advanced-hr.com/free-subscription) but am not sure if it has all of the information the paid version had. I was given access by one of the funders of my company.
Radford also has a pre-IPO product as well that provides information as well but it is not free. It is less costly than the price for larger companies.
Of course you can check salary.com, payscale.com and glass door but the data is not as good for small companies.
