Suggestions for small company purchasing systems?

| Feb 1, 2012Are any of you using a purchasing system that is more applicable to a smaller organization? Ariba is too big for us but we are looking into what the best fit might be for a smaller organization.

I know banks have products where you send them one file and they decision the payment method (check, ACH, credit card, etc.). I am not sure what a minimimum volume is for this activity, but your bank will tell you if they are interested or not.

I take no warranty, I have never used Ariba.

If you are looking for invoice automation and bill payment and you like Ariba then talk to Wells Fargo. They have a license with Ariba and have started offering a smaller version that is avalible to small/medium compnaies. The monthly fees were very reasonable however it is still the implementation fee that have held me up.
If you are talking about a po system then I'm interested as well. As I haven't found a great add on system for those without getting a large $ product (Basware is my dream product but it appears to get pricey).
