2) How much money you need for the Series A
If you need $1M plus in funding I think it would be hard to raise that amount thru Angel List given the typical size of an Angel investment ($25k-50k). If you need less than $1M and this money would help you make good traction during the time it takes to burn this money, I would do a convertible round thru Angel List rather than a Series A. With the convertible you do not need to set the pricing today and these investors would convert at the presumably higher price in the Series A which leads to less dilution.
