Much attention has been paid to the feat of designing and implementing a centralized global cash management structure. However, not much specific consideration has been given to the formidable task of maintaining a centralized structure. I would like to share a presentation in which I review how to maintain a centralized global cash management structure through acquisitions, changes in key personnel (both internal and with bank partners), capital structure and global economic crisis.
