For almost two decades Ken has built a reputation as a leader who is respected for his integrity & work ethic. Ken has served as President, CEO, CFO, COO, VP of Administration, VP of Sales, and other leadership roles in entrepreneurial start-ups, mid-stage companies, and large multi-national corporations in a variety of industries, including medical/dental, manufacturing, construction, financial services, telecommunications, and internet services & SaaS. Ken helped a start-up grow to over $100 million in annual sales in just four years and he helped a medium-sized company almost triple its operations, quintuple net income, and grow cash flow even faster in just three years. He served as a court-appointed receiver and has negotiated “workout” proceedings for several insolvent entities. He was recognized as the top producing manager in a Fortune 500 firm. He has developed and presented numerous business plans and financial models/forecasts that have successfully obtained the debt and/or equity financing required for growth. Ken earned a B.S. in business from BYU and an MBA from the University of Georgia in finance & entrepreneurship where his peers selected him as the most outstanding student. Ken authored a book, Impact Your Business, and is a sought-after speaker, writer (American Express OPEN Forum®), blogger and teacher (part-time faculty member at UVU). He was included in the Utah Business 2010 Top Forty Under 40 list of rising executives and vSpring's 2010 list of the top 100 venture entrepreneurs in Utah. Ken actively serves in his church and the Boy Scouts of America. He is a member of the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum’s board and he regularly mentors BYU business students and judges business plan competitions. He founded CFOwise, lives in Pleasant Grove, Utah with his wife, Angela, and their six children, and currently serves as the President & CFO of Aribex, an Inc. 5000 company.
