My experience spans 25 years across: finance maturity & transformation (including process assessment, roadmap development, and finance program management), public company readiness, spreadsheet risk management, “one version of the truth” in financial reporting and ERP readiness for finance. I lead a virtual team that identifies emerging issues and develops solutions associated with reducing manual effort in finance. I speak frequently at seminars on finance process optimization and my clients have included: - Fortune 500 organizations and some of the world’s largest private companies - Numerous high profile technology and internet based businesses - Pre-IPO and newly public companies experiencing dramatic growth
