Nicole is an experienced Product Manager professional with a proven track record of over 10 years of directly and indirectly working with and leading cross-functional teams focused on; product positioning, sales enablement, product launch, market intelligence and demand generation. Nicole was involved in the implementations of financial analytics systems at more than 50 organizations throughout North America. She worked with companies in varying industries and sizes from manufacturing, professional services, education to oil and gas, ranging from $300M in revenue and up. She then served as a Solutions Engineer for Prophix Software where she was deeply involved in delivering Prophix’s value proposition to the market place. Nicole holds a Honors Bachelor degree of Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a MBA from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business, with a concentration in marketing.

Before joining Pace Communications, Inc. in 2013, Melissa worked as an audit manager for Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP, where she had an opportunity to work abroad with a partner firm for an extended period of time in Sydney, Australia. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Master of Accounting from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
