Dean has been working in the area of Integrated (Financial and Business) Planning for nearly a decade. He is a recognized thought leader that speaks and writes about the need for greater integration between strategic, financial, sales and operational management processes. He has held senior level positions with KPMG, Accenture and AT Kearney. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University in Toronto and a Chartered Accountant designation in Canada.
