5 Tactics for an Agile Travel & Expense Program

Date: Tuesday, November 6, 2018
Time: 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EST
T&E spending accounts for roughly 12 percent of an organization's overall budget, making it the second largest indirect expense after payroll. But unlike payroll, T&E is easier to control, and to dial up or down as needed. And unlike other expenses such as raw materials, there are ways to cut T&E costs that don’t hurt revenue generation. Many small- to mid-sized companies are busy growing and they haven’t found the time to create a comprehensive travel and expense management program.
Christina Capracotta, Controller of Drift.com and Mike Volpe, CEO of Lola.com will provide the 5 most important tactics to building a T&E program that you and your employees will love, including:
How to use real time reporting to get instant visibility into employee travel spend, and control over your budget.
How to easily implement a travel policy that incorporates real time data and AI to set realistic spend limits for travelers.
How to keep travelers happy with one-click expense integration and employee-friendly guidelines.
