Jerry Colletti is Colletti-Fiss’ Managing Partner and a co-founder of the Firm which began serving clients in May, 1999. Prior to founding Colletti-Fiss, LLC he was associated with two other leading management consulting firms. He is widely known and recognized for his advice to top managers on the design and implementation of compensation plans, particularly incentive pay arrangements, to reward employees for profitable sales growth, customer retention and customer loyalty. He is the author of over 100 publications. He earned an MBA from University Wisconsin (Madison) and a BA from St. Mary’s University (Minnesota).

Mary Fiss is co-founder and a partner in the management consulting firm Colletti-Fiss, LLC. She has extensive experience in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans, reward and recognition plans for sales and customer service staffs, and performance management programs for sales and sales management personnel. Prior to her career with Colletti-Fiss, she served as a consultant and Consulting Manager with a leading sales and marketing management consulting firm. Mary is the author of over 100 articles, book chapters and books. Prior to her career in consulting, Mary spent fifteen years in health care with positions of responsibility in hospitals, home health care and extended care facilities. She has a BS degree from College of St. Teresa (Minnesota)
