In his role as the CFO, he focuses on developing development-defining and cloud based business applications as well as leading the accounting and legal departments. Before joining Canto, Hans provided tax advice to corporate clients at BDO AG, one of Germany’s leading accounting firms. This is where he learned the ropes of a service business and gained appreciation for working in an international environment. Hans has a passion for weaving financial data with innovative technologies and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.

She has been involved in the technology industry for over 20 years, and has worked exclusively with cloud applications for the past 5. Prior to Intacct, Sharon worked for Thomson Reuters as Senior Product Marketing Manager for Thomson Reuters’ cloud-based solution providing business intelligence and reporting capabilities to service companies.
