Julie A. Vander Veen is the head of Corporate Services for the UBS Equity Plan Advisory Services group. In her role, she has responsibility for all client facing groups servicing equity plan clients, which includes: Relationship Management. Julie's team has responsibility for managing over 165 corporate relationships. Julie has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining UBS, she headed the Stock Plan Services business at BNY Mellon and prior to that, spent 12 years in various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.

Julie has a B.S. from Michigan State University. She sits on the board of the American Coalition of Stock Plan Providers and the Global Equity Organization board. She is FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 registered.

Nina Duraiswami is a research analyst in the client insights team within UBS's Market Strategy and Analysis Group. She has been with UBS for one year and works on client insight research studies such as Participant Voice and Investor Watch. Prior to joining UBS, Nina worked as a research analyst in the digital media sector at GfK, a global market research conglomerate. Nina earned an MA from Columbia University in quantitative methods in the social sciences and a BS in psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.

As COO at two companies, John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies. John has a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
