Todd is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the Client Services team. Todd’s team is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of clients, daily program consultation by the Account Coordinator team, overall Fraud management and Card Production. His team is dedicated to providing clients with a great customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the relationship.

Todd joined U.S. Bank in 2007 and is an eight-year veteran of the payment and financial services industry.

In the position of senior vice president of customer success, Anne Becknell has more than 30 years of experience covering a full spectrum of financial and practice management consulting services. In her role as SVP Customer Success, Becknell will build a team that is dedicated to keeping customers engaged with Chrome River, ensuring that customers are aware of new functionality and offerings, and that they are getting the most out of their Chrome River investment. Previously she was senior vice president of client services at Thomson Elite, a provider of financial and practice management systems to the legal industry and other professional services markets. Anne holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Phoenix.
