Jarrod is a strategic finance professional with Interactive Intelligence, a global leader and provider of enterprise collaboration, communications and customer engagement software. As the team lead of budgeting and forecasting, Jarrod manages the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts. He was also responsible for implementing Interactive Intelligence’s budgeting and forecasting tool to streamline the forecasting process and increase the visibility of financials across the organization. Jarrod holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Brian Chin is a strategic finance professional with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Brian earned his BSBA at Boston University's School of Management concentrating in Finance and Marketing. Brian currently works at iCIMS as a Senior Financial Analyst providing strategic recommendations for the business through modeling business scenarios and trends. His responsibilities include strategic financial modeling for the annual budget and KPI reporting on departments including Marketing, Sales, and Talent to drive corporate performance. Outside of work, his interests includes playing the piano, traveling, and performing the Chinese Yoyo, where he performed at Citi Field for the NY Mets.

John O’Rourke is Vice President of Product Marketing at Host Analytics. With a background in accounting and finance, John has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, and over 16 years of experience in EPM Product Marketing at Hyperion Solutions and Oracle. He has worked with many customers and partners on financial reporting and planning initiatives and has spoken and written on many topics in enterprise performance management. John has also held positions in strategic marketing and product marketing at Dun & Bradstreet Software, Kenan Systems and Decisyon. John has a BS degree in accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College.
