Kathy founded RoseRyan 20 years ago, and it has become a leading Bay Area finance and accounting consulting firm. She’s served as interim CFO at more than 50 startups, mostly in the high-tech sector. Earlier in her career, Kathy was director of finance at Quantum with responsibility for worldwide budgeting and forecasting and cost accounting, and tax manager at PwC. She was named one of the most influential women in Silicon Valley. Kathy is a CPA (inactive) and holds a BS in accounting from Santa Clara University.
