Rick rolled out Adaptive Planning as the tool for forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning for operations as well as several acquisitions and ultimately the company’s divestiture from Zebra Technologies to Cargotec Corporation. Rick earned an MBA from the University of New Hampshire with a concentration in Finance.

He started his career implementing EMEA business planning and forecasting within Finance at Rank Xerox, and spent nearly ten years at Hyperion in consulting, product, M&A, and strategy roles. Paul has implemented OLAP based analytics at leading Fortune 500 organizations, and has experience beyond finance in sales and operational planning. Most recently, Paul focused on cloud ERP at both NetSuite and Workday. Paul has a BS Computer Science from Lancaster University, England.
