Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning in the Cloud

Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2016
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Budgeting, forecasting and planning are right in the center of the Office of the CFO (and every other C-suite level leader). Virtually every part of that organization gets consumed for weeks or months every year and quarter working to understand the base financial data and turn it into insights, so the planning truly reflects the current business decisions, and more importantly where the company is going. The company’s leaders and board then use that information to set near and long-term direction both internally and externally.

Join us for this fast-paced, informative webinar as we learn about how companies are redesigning FP&A processes and moving their budgeting and forecasting into the cloud in highly scalable and effective ways. The speakers will provide an understanding of just how FP&A process improvement and the cloud helps improve results, sharing best practices and pitfalls to avoid. The event will also include a view of a cloud-based EPM (budgeting, forecasting and planning) platform so that you can see how it all works.

By the end of the event you will have a great introduction to this important topic and will understand what the key next steps are for you and your company to learn more and, potentially, adopt.
