Business Strategy & Leadership: Plan, Execute, Win!

Date: Wednesday, May 13, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Business Strategy and Leadership are inextricably linked and Strategy is no longer a once-a-year process that creates a five-year plan to be placed in a three-ring binder and put on the shelf. Business Strategy and Leadership are about planning, yes, but they are also about Execution. “Planning without Execution is Hallucination”, said an IBM executive.

In this webinar Patrick Stroh, President of Mercury Business Advisors, will help you gain valuable strategic insight regardless of industry, business maturity, or current business turbulence and how to apply these insights based on the factors impacting your own business. Patrick will cover:

  • The key traits of successful Chief Strategists and what this role should and should not entail
  • The 10 "universal truths" of business strategy
  • How to take MBA lessons, great models, and exceptional concepts and put them into play in the real world

  • Designed to be engaging but impactful, this course speaks directly to CFOs and finance leaders, business executives, and those who aspire to C-level careers as it uses engaging parables to impart hard-earned wisdom pertaining to business strategy and leadership development
After attending this event you will be able to:
Discover how to facilitate the strategic creation and execution of strategies at your organization
Identify ways to play a leadership role in monitoring and augmenting business strategies
Recognize how to establish clear accountability, metrics and milestones for business strategies
