David is an accomplished and modern enterprise software marketing and business development executive with almost two decades of experience launching business applications and cloud platforms across the globe.

He has held leadership roles at both larger enterprise software organizations and early stage start-ups, bringing to market new disruptive technologies in areas such as cloud, mobile, BI/analytics, social, and the M2M learning/IoT space.

David has spent the last few years growing several application businesses built on top of the Salesforce platform, including Fairsail's HCM solution (now Sage People); and FinancialForce's ERP and PSA offerings.

Gordy Brooks is the CFO of FinancialForce overseeing global finances and operations. Gordy joins FinancialForce with more than two decades of senior financial leadership experience at notable companies, serving as CFO of Blue Coat Systems and holding other senior finance positions at VMware and BEA Systems. Most recently as CFO of Citrix GetGo, he was responsible for orchestrating the spin-out of the GoTo SaaS product division and successful merger with LogMeIn (LOGM).As CFO of Aerohive Networks, he led the finance, accounting and enterprise IT functions, bringing the company to a successful IPO. Gordy has held finance positions at other leading technology companies including Microsoft and WebTV Networks as well, and also launched four new companies during his extensive career. A Silicon Valley native, Gordy started his career in the Palo Alto office of Ernst and Young after earning his Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

Sydnie Karras is a Director in PwC's Deals practice. In her role, Sydnie is responsible for advising companies on complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations. Sydniealso assists companies with implementation of US GAAP changes. Sydnie specializes in technical accounting topics including revenue recognition, business combinations, and investments. Prior to joining Deals, Sydnie spent over six years serving various public companies and nonprofits in PwC's Audit practice. Sydnie's client experiences include audit and consulting services for companies in a number of industries and markets. In addition to her domestic experience, Sydnie has worked on multiple international projects in leading and emerging markets.
