Ann has worked in the corporate tax environment for large multinationals as well as mid-sized companies for over 25 years, holding roles in tax compliance, planning, and as head of tax. She has worked in a variety of industries and most recently, insourced two tax departments. She has her BS in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University, her MS in Taxation from Georgetown University and is a CPA. She is currently working toward a graduate certificate in state tax at the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Bloomberg BNA, Diane founded several startups, managed a global product development team, and worked for KPMG as a Senior Tax Manager.
