Corporate Travel and Finance: A Conversation

Date: Tuesday, April 30, 2019
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
When we talk about corporate travel, we usually think of the folks who are out of the office visiting customers and attending meetings and conferences. But what about the finance team back at the office? They’re setting, monitoring, and reporting on the corporate budget. The actions of your company’s travelers have a direct impact on finance’s ability to their job, especially because travel is typically the second or third largest line item.
Through an interactive discussion, you’ll hear two finance executives talk about the challenges in their day to day and the tips they have for others. We’ll also discuss:
Why managing travel can be tough on the finance team
The impact that corporate travel has on the budget
How automation can help provide the data and real-time visibility that finance needs to do their job
