The success or failure of an organization is determined more by the financial leadership within an organization than its strict adherence to accounting rules and regulations. Technical competency is a requirement, however organizational influence (Financial Leadership), in the ethical use of financial information that adds value, is what moves the organization to be successful.

This webinar will focus on what financial leadership means as well as the knowledge, skills and abilities that are needed in order to establish themselves as a financial leader. The responsibilities of a financial leader as well as opportunities for financial leadership will be discussed.
