Frank Paul is a senior executive with +25 years of experience in manufacturing, shared services design and implementations, and acquisitions & divestitures within the consumer products industry. He partners with SynFiny Advisors to help other organizations achieve excellence and tie the S2P process directly to their firm’s business objectives.

In his most recent role at Procter & Gamble, Frank led the Purchase-to-Payment scope of P&G’s Specialty Beauty divestiture to COTY. Prior to this, he established P&G’s Source-to-Pay Services & Solutions ensuring operational excellence, delightful user-experience, and strong internal and external controls for +$50Bn of annual spend. He advised SAP as a member of their Procurement Executive Council prior and during their ARIBA acquisition.

Frank holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Darmstadt, Germany.

Most recently he spent eight years focused on the creation and development of the P&G Global Business Services FP&A organization. He received his BA with triple majors in finance, economics and history from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
