Critical Talent Management Metrics for Board and Investor Reporting

Date: Tuesday, August 11, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Many finance leaders may be unaware of boards’ and investors’ new found interest in how companies manage their talent. Aware or unaware, there’s no denying that the interest is there. This is why powerful groups such as the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) are pushing forward standards that include reporting on human capital.

To help Finance leaders understand, be ready for and comply with these standards, industry expert David Creelman has prepared a major report on what’s happening in the industry and what these changes mean for organizations – from CFOs to CHROs - including critical metrics, the landmines to be avoided and the opportunities to be seized.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Identify why are there suddenly big changes in reporting to investors and how that will affect how companies manage talent and culture
Identify what aspects of corporate performance will be particularly under scrutiny
Recognize how CFOs and CEOs need to partner with HR to turn talent management data into a story investors and boards care about
