Designing Great FP&A Processes

Date: Wednesday, May 20, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
FP&A is the lifeblood of any finance organization. This webinar will focus on the importance of financial planning and analysis process design and its related technology underpinnings.

Leading this event will be Jeff Wuest, former CFO of multiple P&G organizations and the former head of P&G’s Global FP&A organization. Jeff will provide a broad overview of FP&A work process design, organizational design, the most common mistakes in FP&A design, and recommendations for effective collaboration across organizations and for technology that assists with automation and process speed.
After attending this event you will be able to:
Recognize key elements of FP&A process design
List FP&A primary process responsibilities
