As MSNA CFO, Jack leads a team that is responsible for providing business insight through revenue, profitability and resource analysis, business planning and business excellence through controls, compliance and audit activities and personnel leadership through development of the area Finance community. Prior to joining MSNA, Jack held a series of finance leadership roles at Microsoft including the General Manager of Microsoft Western Europe, Senior Director of WW Small and Medium Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) segment and Director of the Microsoft Business Solutions Business Group. Prior to that, Jack worked at JD Edwards / PeopleSoft and IBM Global Services.

Christian Berg is the Chief of Staff for finance at Microsoft’s North American sales and marketing organization. In this role he manages finance and business projects, supports core finance rhythms and manages the team’s people topics, e.g. training and development, career development and culture and climate. Christian has previously worked as Enterprise and Investment Controller in Europe. He has an undergraduate degree from University of Sydney and an MBA from London Business School.

John has been CFO at four technology companies, a finance executive at Cardinal Health, and in multiple roles at AlliedSignal and Cisco Systems. John has raised over $100M in equity capital and debt and has played central roles in numerous buy and sell-side transactions for both public and private companies. As COO at two companies, John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies. John has a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
