Kathy is a Certified Equity Professional (since 1998) and a Financial Reporting Specialist with Equity Administrations Solutions, Inc. (EASi) She has more than 20 years in the equity compensation business and specialized in equity plan administration and financial reporting. Prior to her position at EASi, she was a Financial Reporting Specialist at AST Equity Plan Solutions, a Relationship Manager at AST and First Union National Bank, and an Executive Compensation Manager at CoreStates Financial Corp.

Carolyn Preis is the Vice President of Corporate Accounting at Penn National Gaming Inc., and has worked at Penn National since 2001. Ms. Preis’s responsibilities at Penn National include consolidations, financial accounting and reporting to include SEC reporting, application system design and implementations and payroll and stock option administration and accounting. Prior to joining Penn National Gaming Inc., Ms. Preis was a Controller for Delaware Transit Authority (DTA). At DTA she was responsible for financial reporting and regulatory reporting and compliance to the Federal Transit Administration. Prior to her work at DTA Ms. Preis spent several years as an auditor in public accounting. Ms. Preis, earned a Masters in Business from Wilmington College in 1996 and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Goldey-Beacom College in 1990.
