Finance Productivity Hacks

Date: Friday, September 18, 2015
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
In a Process Efficiency survey conducted in 2012 by the CEB it was discovered that Finance teams only spend 32% of their time on “High Insight Output”. Since the time of the survey, increasing pressure has been put on Finance teams to deliver more with less. However, if you ask any Finance professional where they’re focusing their time, it’s likely to be on basic accounting processes, such as Close and Budgeting instead of the areas that deliver High Insight Output. In this webinar we will present case studies and productivity hacks to free up your time to do more of the things that add value to your business
After attending this event you will be able to:
Identify how to make tough resource tradeoffs
Recognize how Google is solving the problem
List what can we learn from the 4 hour work week
Recognize how the GE work-out framework could help you
