Simon has over 20 years’ experience in International Finance and Business. For the last 10 years he was VP, Finance and Oxford Immunotec Global plc, taking the company from early stage start-up in the UK to NASDAQ IPO in November 2013. In that role he built countless budget, forecasting, financial projection and capital structuring Excel files leveraging his earlier experience with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan to develop complex yet accurate Excel files to aid financial decision making and resource allocations. Simon has a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London as well as MSc (Fin) from London Business School and is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAEW).

As COO at two companies, John also ran Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service operations. He has also founded, invested in and been a board member or advisor of a number of companies. John has a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
