This webinar will provide a comprehensive review of a company’s business and financial statements using ratio analysis and market based factors. Ratio analysis is an effective method to analyze and evaluate the liquidity, operations, profitability, capital structure, solvency, management and viability of the business model of a company. Key, liquidity, solvency, profitability and market value ratios are reviewed and discussed. The Dupont equation of the return on equity ratio is analyzed. The Limitations of ratio analysis will also be discussed.
